Today i spent working with my guy again with his leg lifts, this was a little more difficult because orginally he had said he didnt care about training his legs and said thee nay! thats how you get a fully trained physique and there are articles that say by doing back squat you can improve your bench weight. so i took him through all of the leg lifts for that day. i left the weight pretty minumal just bacause i dont think he did much leg work other than running before this day. so i really didnt want to make him hate his life the next three days because his legs hurt so bad. once we were finished with that i had to come back into the office and work on our new weight loss challenge chart. my job is mostly to weigh in people right now who wish to be part of the challenge which is who ever can lose the most weight per body weight percentage will win 3 free months. i think this is great becasue it provides incentive for those who need it.
