Today i went through with the guy i wrote the work out for, his name is matt btw, i helped him through the first couple of lifts because we really wanted to stick to the 6 to 8 rep minimun and me being able to be there i can assess where he should be weight wise to make his plan even more personalized. so i spotted him through flat DB bench and Incline bench, mostly because those are the larger muscle group lifts and the others on the card were supplementary lifts like for triceps or shoulders depending on the day. once we finished with those lifts i pretty much set him out on his own because he really didnt need me all that much and i knew he was fully capable to do them on his own. when he was finished he came in and we talked about the next day he was going to do. all of this was the most benificial portion of my night.
