Today was the start of anoter boot camp so i finally have a nother thing to observe, at times i feel a little on the weird side observing the yoga class so i'm very glad that bootcamp is back. i respect yoga and what they do, but i dont think the lot of them are completely comfortable with me sitting and watching. In the bootcamp they started out with a short core circut with a few plank exercising and crossing oblique work. once they were finished with that they wear led upstairs for a lttle cardio curcuit which including ladder running, dummy bag pulls and sled pushes. the first run through of them it looked to me that they were all getting a feel for how hard it was going to be. and realizing that it would be alittle more difficult than they had thought i think they tried to tone it down, but the whole time brian was encouraging to push and i believe it worked for most of them. we finished with some light weight push presses and body squats to heal their hydrogen build up.
