i started out today with a lot of filing for our new members. we had an very productive month compared to last years numbers so there was plenty of filing for me to do. after i was finished with that i took some time to talk with our trainer on some training techniques that he likes to use and uses frequently. most of which i kind of already knew about and some i had to double check because it didnt sound all too right such as the activation of the quadicep doesnt changed based on feet positioning. i tried to look for it but couldnt find much
